Our lesson program offers:

Safe, sound, and lovable lesson horses

State of the art heated indoor arena and two beautiful outdoor arenas for year-round riding

30 minute lessons with time to get to know your lesson horse during tack-up and untacking

Opportunity to join our academy team and participate in equestrian events
Students at Great Island Riding Academy are enrolled in one of three following tuition options:
Bronze Level: $250 a month (one lesson per week)
Silver Level: $500 a month (two lessons per week)
Gold Level: $750 a month (three lessons per week)
New students can see if our program is the best fit for them by taking up to 3 private lessons before enrolling in tuition.
We are also happy to offer Tiny Trotter toddler lessons for students 5 and under! These lessons include 15 minutes of riding and 15 minutes of horse care time.
Bronze Tiny Trotter Level: $190 a month (one lesson per week)
Silver Tiny Trotter Level: $380 a month (two lessons per week)

LEASE
ACADEMY LEASE OPTIONS
Students interested in leasing a lesson horse to compete in the academy division should reach out to their instructor to discuss if this is an option for them.
Lease packages include one riding lesson and one supervised free ride per week as well as priority in showing the leased horse in academy competitions.

TOURNAMENTS & ACADEMY COMPETITIONS
Winter Tournaments (includes the cost of entries) cost
$375.00 and leadline costs $350.00
Academy Shows (including the cost of entries) cost $695.00 and leadline costs $600.00.

CAMP
SUMMER CAMP
Summer camp at Great Island Riding Academy is only open to enrolled students. Every year we offer a horsemanship camp for students aged 7 to 12 and a tiny trotters camp for students 6 and under.
*camp is only available to students enrolled in riding lessons at Great Island Riding Academy*
